eOccMed.com was founded by Chief Executive Officer Behzad Emad, M.D., an experienced physician and visionary business leader who passionately believes that telemedicine is the future of healthcare. With creativity, imagination and energy, he leads by inspiration as a committed force to expand the reach of telemedicine around the world, which he considers his true calling.

With its dual focus on Employee Wellness and Employee Work Safety, eOccMed.com is a natural extension of Dr. Emad’s 23 years of professional expertise in industrial medicine treating injured workers and as an innovative pioneer in the emerging field of modern telemedicine. His vision is to provide a convenient, cost-effective bridge between employees and medical providers that improves healthcare access, reduces lost work hours and enhances quality of care through the use of cutting-edge technology in a growing industry. As a service-based organization founded on principles of integrity, innovation and respect, eOccMed.com’s purpose is empowering patients to take control of their health while benefiting all stakeholders, including employers, insurers, doctors, investors, suppliers, communities and the environment.
